1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jaeta7 platform — including the website at jaeta7.net, any mobile-optimised version of the site, or any game or betting service made available through it — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the jaeta7 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jaeta7 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. jaeta7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jaeta7 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

These terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and payment-method policies that may be published separately on the jaeta7 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document shall take precedence for the matter to which it specifically applies.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jaeta7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before a player may register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the jaeta7 platform. 18+ This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. jaeta7 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any player found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned where possible, and all winnings forfeited. jaeta7 uses age verification checks as part of its standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request supporting documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — to confirm a player's date of birth before processing any withdrawal.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

2.3 Personal Eligibility

In addition to the age and geographical requirements above, you must not register or use a jaeta7 account if:

• You are acting on behalf of any other person or as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party.
• You have previously had a jaeta7 account closed or suspended due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are currently subject to a self-exclusion order applied through jaeta7's responsible gaming tools.
• You are an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jaeta7 or any of its technology or content partners.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of jaeta7 services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's details when registering.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active jaeta7 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If jaeta7 identifies multiple accounts associated with a single individual, jaeta7 reserves the right to close all such accounts, confiscate any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings generated through bonus play across those accounts.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jaeta7 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of your residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name.

Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until the verification process is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jaeta7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must notify jaeta7 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jaeta7 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jaeta7 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jaeta7 does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on jaeta7 is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though jaeta7 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits based on verification status, responsible gaming settings, or risk management requirements. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits at any time through the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to players who have:

• Completed the KYC verification process successfully.
• Made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
• Met any applicable bonus wagering requirements in full (if a bonus has been accepted and is active on the account).
• Not triggered any fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct flags during their play activity.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 24 hours. 4.4 Payment Method Consistency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by jaeta7 are subject to individual terms that will be published alongside each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed the KYC verification process, are in good standing on their account, and have not previously forfeited a bonus due to a terms violation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jaeta7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using wagering patterns designed specifically to reduce risk while fulfilling bonus requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus grinding"), and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended.

5.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

jaeta7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable. jaeta7 also reserves the right to restrict specific players from participating in particular promotions based on their account history or playing behaviour.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the jaeta7 platform — including slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, and all other RNG-based titles — are sourced from certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.2 Sportsbook Integrity

Cricket betting markets and all other sports betting markets offered on jaeta7 are priced and settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, the ICC for international events). In the event of a dispute about the result of a sporting event, jaeta7's decision — based on the official governing body's ruling — shall be final.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaeta7 platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means of placing bets or playing games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or take unfair advantage of multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including incorrectly displayed odds — to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the jaeta7 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, bet, or transaction — including server errors, connection failures, or display errors — jaeta7 reserves the right to void the affected round, bet, or transaction and refund the relevant stake to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids play in all circumstances; jaeta7 is not liable to pay winnings generated as a result of a technical error.

7 Responsible Gaming

jaeta7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform includes a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to every registered jaeta7 player and can be activated at any time from the account settings dashboard or by contacting the support team directly.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your jaeta7 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and cannot log back in until the cooling-off period has elapsed.

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jaeta7 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and KYC verification requirements described in Section 4.

8.2 Closure by jaeta7

jaeta7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that a player has created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or the provision of false identification documents during KYC.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.3.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Extended account inactivity — an account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jaeta7 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination — whether voluntary or initiated by jaeta7 — all outstanding bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met their full wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method where the closure is voluntary or where jaeta7 determines that the player is not in violation of these terms. Where an account is closed due to fraud, underage gambling, or serious terms violations, jaeta7 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the jaeta7 platform shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and jaeta7, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. jaeta7 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a final response within 28 days. jaeta7's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus application shall be final where the matter has been investigated thoroughly and the outcome is consistent with these Terms & Conditions and the relevant game or promotion rules.
